WEBpT Healthcare is a market leader in electronic medical records and practice management software for physical therapists. With a growing user base and an evolving digital health landscape, the company recognised the need to update its primary web application to meet modern performance and usability standards
The existing platform was built on an ageing technology stack that limited scalability and hindered the integration of new features. Therapists and administrators experienced slow load times, a disjointed user interface and difficulty accessing data across multiple modules. Additionally, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations was becoming increasingly complex on the legacy system.
Our team partnered with WEBpT to redevelop the application on a modern architecture using contemporary web technologies. The project involved redesigning the user interface to streamline clinical workflows, building a modular backend that supports real‑time data exchange and integrating robust security measures to safeguard sensitive patient information. Special attention was given to performance optimisation, ensuring the new platform could handle increased traffic and feature demands without compromising speed.
The updated WEBpT Healthcare platform delivered a significant improvement in user experience and operational efficiency. Load times were reduced by more than half, adoption of the new system was swift across client clinics and feedback highlighted the intuitive design and seamless functionality. With a scalable foundation and enhanced security, WEBpT is now well positioned to continue innovating and expanding its healthcare offerings.
